Position Type:

Contract Full Time

Kineticom is looking for a candidate with strong Workfront experience to join their Marketing and Experience group as part of the Integrated Program Management team. This position is located in our Bellevue, Washington offices and is open to local candidates.

The ideal candidate will work with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their project management and workflow processes and have the ability to incorporate those into an existing system architecture and larger, integrated workflow. The ability to understand, consult and collaborate on business requirements will be critical to this role. Equally important is the ability to develop feature-rich reporting and dashboards for use across all levels of the organization.

Beyond the building of Workfront architecture and dashboard development, the candidate must have the ability to guide and train users, as individuals or groups, in how to use the system, best practices, and coach power users to become proficient group administrators. Other administrative duties include the creation of complex request queues and best practices for user management. The candidate will also be responsible for ongoing system support and maintenance.

Not required, but greatly desired, is experience in data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI, and integrating those tools to display Workfront data in IFrames. Any integration experience using APIs, iPaaS software, or third-party connectors is a plus.
