Building Management:
Service requests
Manage building access
Communications: Forward building emails, as needed
Suite Access:
Visitor badge support/inventory:

New Hires/Terms
Assist with prepping space for new hires/terms
Print/update name plates using templates

Building access (order and coordinate with building management)

New Hires: Set up space and equipment; Terms: send equipment back and clean space *If manager not onsite

New Hires: Take photo and send to badgerequests@crowncastle.com
Office Supplies
Office Supply Closet maintenance/organization
Take inventory and order supplies (local vendor) - monthly
Kitchen maintenance/organization
Take inventory and order supplies (Aramark or local vendor) - monthly
Printers - Order ink/toner via IT ticket as needed

Mail /UPS
Order shipping envelopes from, as needed

Prep labels, as requested -

Daily mail delivery

Purchase stamps, as needed

Local Contact for all internal requests (as needed)

Cyber Security - monthly sign changes

IT - meet/coordinate with vendors, work through issues that come up with equipment

Misc - as needed


Events/Meetings
Office events - planning, prep space and supplies, order meals, submit payments and/or expense report

Visitors/meetings - provide visitor access badges
* Various Office management functions such as supply ordering, package shipment, event coordination, office vendor coordination and payment (garbage, utilities, coffee, etc.)

 
Job Requirements

 
Details:

Education/Certifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements
* One (1) to three (3) years in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administration experience

Other Skills/Abilities
* Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software
* Excellent organizational/administrative skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem solving environment
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
* Customer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach

Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
