Schedule: This will be Monday through Thursday in the office, with Friday as an optional WFH day.

Position Summary

Provides support for Crown Castle's multiple lines of business either Tower or Network Revenue & Expense functions. Multi-tasking individual who possesses excellent detail orientation. The ideal candidate will build presentations and process documentation in a fast paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

* Administration of Department Service Now workflows as well as Email traffic in Microsoft Outlook.

* Communicate with internal and external customers to provide high level information and resolve various requests received on a daily basis; Escalates issues to management found during this process.

* Responsible for account set up of new site locations for both the Tower and Network portfolios in Crown Castle's ERP system.

* Administer data points on daily, weekly and monthly reports via ERP software, JD Edwards, to maintain data integrity.

* Responsible for working on special projects which may fall as an exception to normal day-to-day processing including updates to Crowns Financial System.

* Maintains service level commitments with business partners to meet monthly targets, to ensure timely financial statement adjustments.

* Ensures that all SOX process controls and audit controls are being followed.

* Provide additional administrative support, as required.



* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred

Experience/Minimum Requirements

* A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast paced, detail-oriented profession

* Experience reviewing Legal contracts preferred

* General Accounting experience is preferred


Other Skills/Abilities

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to research, analyze and summarize issues

* Excellent PC skills - Microsoft Office - specifically Excel

* Ability to comprehend legal documents and maintain confidential information

* Excellent time management skills, including ability to effectively prioritize tasks
